I’ve always been a high performer.
As a former professional athlete, I was wired to push harder, do more, and never slow down. That mindset carried into every part of my life — constantly chasing more, holding myself to a high standard, and operating at a non-stop pace.
For a while, it worked.
Until it didn’t
After years of chronic stress, my body hit a breaking point. I experienced a full burnout crash — what many would describe as severe adrenal fatigue.
Seemingly overnight, everything changed.
I was dealing with constant anxiety symptoms, low energy, and a nervous system that felt completely out of control.
What made it even harder was not understanding what was happening.
That’s what led me to start sharing my journey — creating videos and documenting everything I was going through, both to make sense of it myself and to help others who felt the same way.
It took me nearly two full years to truly recover.
But through that process, I learned something powerful:
my body wasn’t broken — it was overwhelmed. I was blocking my own wellbeing, I just didn’t realize it.
Now, I’m more inspired than ever to live with balance, energy, and intention — and to support others do the same.
